Adult Variety is perfect for adults looking to learn a variety of new skills in dance and movement. Each week this class will focus on a new dance style or technique; keeping you moving and engaged. Styles this class will include are Ballroom, Latin, jazz and dynamic movement. Each class will end with a cool down to keep you refreshed and fulfilled.
